Step 2: Registration
The parents are requested to visit the school Admission Office, fill out the registration form and purchase the school prospectus. Kindly carry one latest Passport size photo of the child.
Step 3: SCHOOL Visit
Parents/Guardians are invited to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ethos of the Institution.
Step 4: Assessment
ASSESSMENT AND INTERACTION SESSION FOR CLASSES I TO VIII
Class I onward, an Assessment will be conducted which will be followed by an Interactive Session. Both the parents must be present in the School on the designated day.
Parents must bring both the copies of the Admit Card on the date and time mentioned on the Admit Card, when they bring their child on the given date.
The entire procedure may last three to four hours. Parents are advised to plan their schedules accordingly.
Before the commencement of the assessment, Parents must hand over the student’s copy of the Admit Card to the Session-In-Charge.
STEP 5: Form Submission
The parent needs to fill up the admission form and ensure all documents are in order. Kindly intimate the school in case your child requires some special assistance due to any health reasons.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION:
• Copy of the Birth certificate.
• Student Passport size photographs 5 pcs
•Parents photographs 2pcs
• Copy of Aadhaar Card (Student as well as parents).
• Copy of Category Certificate
• Copy of Report Card of previous year (if available).
• Medical Certificate If any
• Original TC from the previous school (for students seeking admission from class 1 onwards).
• Proof of residence. (current residence/Parental Postal address)
• Original Certificates may be produced at the time of admission for verification.
• Photocopies of all achievement certificates in the field of Academics, Sports, Extra Curricular activities.
• The Admission documentation booklet must also be completed and duly signed by both Parents. It contains information which will assist you in your relationship with the school.
ACCEPTANCE OF ADMISSION:
1. Students are admitted on first come, first serve basis depending on vacancies.
2. We conduct no formal interviews with the child or the parent.
3. Selected candidates will be required to make the fee payment within 7days of the declaration of the results.
4. Failure to pay the fees in stipulated time the admission will be considered as “CANCELLED” without any intimation or reminder about the fees.
5. The school reserves the right to admission in all matters pertaining to admission; the decision of the admission committee will be final.
Details for Provisional Admission (Important)
• Please Note: This process is only for those parents who are seeking provisional admission (who are unable to come in person for the admission process) for Out stationed parents.
• Via this process seat can be kept on hold for your ward by paying the admission fee which is non-refundable in any circumstances.
• Following is the Process for Obtaining Provisional Admission
o Register Online.
o School Authority mails you the further process of provisional admission.
o Someone on your behalf (family members/colleague, friend etc.) should come and complete few formalities.
o Submit Registration form.
o Submit documents and pay necessary fees.
o The Admission is confirmed only when the Student Interaction and assessment happens as and when you come to school.
o If you cancel the admission due to some reason, no amount of the admission fee is refunded back.
o This admission process must get completed at the earliest for the child to benefit the learning process.
STEP 6: Payment of fees
1. Once the fee and documents are submitted, you will receive an Admission Confirmation Letter from the school. This will inform you about further formalities to be completed, if any.
2. Parents will be intimated of the date and time of uniform & textbooks issue.
3. Your ward will be allotted the section on the day of admission. The time table will be handed over to your ward by the Class Teacher.
4. Kindly inform the school of your joining date. This is mandatory because staff need to be informed to expect your child on a particular day and they in turn need to make preparations accordingly.
5. Teachers will assist your child with the syllabi which has been covered in the class till date.
Interaction with the Principal
