We have believed that just giving out a lucrative salary package may attract some really good and skilled employees to work for you but this is true only in the short run and often tend to fade away in the long run. To keep the workforce engaged and motivated it is important to bestow the employees with awards and titles every time they outperform the rest of the workforce.
These titles convey what the teacher has attained for the scholastic year and carries the message of motivation for their colleagues. These awards are often given at the end of a circle or at the end of a scholastic year . These titles are to encourage healthy competition amongst teachers to foster innovation in teaching .

3. Most Improved Performer-Learning and improving over time is a life long process. The same principle applies to the workplace also. This title is conferred to the teacher who has shown an exemplary improvement in their respective fields. (The detailed parameters are mentioned in the service rule book (PT 38 ). 4. Superb Presence Award-Punctuality and regularity is a very important skill which not everyone possesses but can be nurtured with appreciation and recognition. This title is considered to the teachers who are always punctual, regular and carry out their day to day duties on time. Least number of absence and short leaves at school .
5. Forever with us-As the name of the title implies this title is bestowed to the teachers who keep on working for our organization only for more than a decade. For deserving candidates only.
6. The Iron Pillar-This is an accord to the teacher who has served for the longest duration and has stood by the organization through thick and thin since they joined. For deserving candidates only.
7. The Best Fresher Award-Time and pressure turns coal into a precious diamond. The expert in anything was once a beginner. This award is conferred to the fresher who has not completed one year at the end of the session who has brought new ideas and enthusiasm to the school and an openness to learn from those experienced in order to trigger the fire within them. They will be voted by the old teachers .
8. The Most Innovative Lesson Plan– This title is given to the teacher in recognition of the most dynamic and innovative lesson plan produced by him/her throughout the year. For deserving candidates only.
9. The Disciplinarian Award– This title is conferred to the teacher who has always been persistent in punctuality, regularity, maintaining discipline among the peers and students. She is nominated for the same for the year round perseverance for maintaining discipline . For deserving candidates only.
10 The Congeniality Award – Old teachers turn into pillars when they are not only able to complete their own work but also help in the transition and training of freshers in the system. The set of new teachers vote for the same and select amongst the coordinators for being most helpful and friendly for work support .
The final decision for the awards rests on the management . No special requests for the same will be entertained .
